We need to talk about support (and what we're doing about it)

  • The the guy with the 500 error, I can't recommend Claude Code + SSH access to your server enough. The AI (Opus 5.5) now manages our full stack and there is nothing it can't do or fix, code, harden, configure, optimise etc. It is an absolute game changer for us. Mind blowing really.

Also, can anyone clarify something for me. We have "Root Server Service Level A+", so if there is a legitimate Netcup issue (nothing on our side) and I call the emergency hotline, I am assuming I would not be billed for this support?

    Thanks

Its a legacy product with no advantage, you will be billed.

So why would they let people purchase something that no longer exists? More and more flakiness rearing its head. I suppose if I requested a refund that would go into a black hole. Increasingly thinking it might be time to shop around as all of these threads and posts here make me nervous AF.

It is still bought often, but more of a fanboy product than actual feature. When the height of the current growth comes down it might still get back its original benefit. But its a collectors item now.
