Wenn du das manuell (=ohne wizard) eingetragen hast mit den korrekten Daten/Werten liegt der Fehler bei Outlook und nur Microsoft Support kann helfen.

Hängt wohl davon ab, welcher Server es ist und wie oft sich mal jemand auf eine der Webseiten verirrt...
das ist ein G11 und das dauert noch eine Weile bis sich da täglich mehr als 700.000 hin verirren, also alles bestens.

Außer postfix. Die Mailserver sind natürlich dedicated. -
CLI ≠ CGI/FPM;
apache2ctl -M | grep -i php
returns nothing, so no mod_php is loaded.
apache2ctl -M | grep -i proxy_fcgi
also returns nothing, so Apache is not using the usual PHP-FPM/FastCGI route.
There are no PHP handlers, SetHandler rules, proxy-to-FPM sockets, or FastCGI mappings in the enabled Apache configuration.
And:
systemctl --type=service --state=running | grep -i php
returns nothing, so there is no running PHP-FPM service either.
This line:
DirectoryIndex index.html index.cgi index.pl index.php index.xhtml index.htm
does not enable PHP. It merely tells Apache that, if a directory contains index.php, that filename may be considered an index document. Without a PHP handler, Apache cannot execute it as PHP.
Your final dpkg command also produced nothing:
dpkg -l | grep -E 'php.*(apache|fpm|cgi)'
so you apparently don't even have the Apache PHP module, PHP-FPM, or PHP CGI package installed.wer weiß, was Du alles laufen hast!

spezielle Optionen wie zB --direct=1 sind dann aber ggf. noch besser und welches model (libaio) verwendet, wieviel jobs parallel, welche iodepth
ich geh immer zu pagespeed.web.dev und wenn die Seite in 1 Sekunde mobil lädt ist die Server Festplatte ok.
