I just bought a VPS 1000 G11 server, the space occupied by all the sites is 40 gb, but the disk seems to be 100% full, how can the disk be 100% full on a server with 256 gb disk?
VPS 1000 G11 disk appears to be fully charged

Your sda3 partition is only about 9 GB.
You have not partitioned the entire hard disk size.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do because

If you want one big partition, you should choose this option.
Or you could increase your existing partition. The simplest way is to go to the SCP -> Media -> DVD Drive -> Boot GParted Live and use the GUI to change your partition.

GParted Live CD 1.3.0 appears, I don't see the disk expansion option when I do this
I installed the Virtio option, as seen in the picture above, I wonder if the option is right or I choose it wrong

Have you booted the ISO and opened the screen?

This has nothing to do with the partition size.

You have to mount the GParted Live CD and reboot the System to start the Live CD.
It will boot up with a Desktop you can access via the SCP - Console, there you will find gparted.

So I‘m beeing the bad man here, but operating a linux server means you should know how to configure and secure the server.
It seems you‘re lacking a lot of knowledge here and the best thing to do for you would be to rent a manged server. It has the same power but can be configured easily by everyone. And the security is managed by netcup. Isn‘t that an option?
What are you plans for the server? Maybe there are some other alternatives we can recommend.

resize2fs
It's likely OP has a xfs Filesystem - so that would be xfs_growfs

Yes. Thanks.

I entered a command via ssh and applied disk expansion, it was handled without using SCP
