Maybe the best idea is to start fresh.
1. Create a SSH Key on your local system
2. Upload it to the SCP
3. Go to the Server and Select Media -> Images and then Alma Linux
4. In the Wizard select the SSH Key
5. Finish the Installation and now you should have your Server with your SSH Key installed
I have already done these things, I have shown the ppk file with putty and the path on the computer, but it doesn't work, I can't log in no matter what I do.

I think the fastest way is:
Log in via SCP-console, change the SSH configuration to allow root login by passwort and then do the rest (ssh keys etc.) with a ssh-client like putty.
I entered the ssh keys section and made root in the name section, set a password, restarted the server and ssh login failed again

Almalinux and any other RHEL clone do not allow root login via SSH with password. You can log in manually via the SCP and the console and change the SSH configuration accordingly. But I would rather recommend creating a user via the console and logging in with this user.

I ended up with the same solution as faemeister where after verification fails all you can do is order through a new account and choose to pay in advance when at the verification stage. There is nothing can do with your existing account that asking Netcup to delete it for you. If you have any other questions or answers just let me know, and hopefully this helps!
