I have been using NetCup for about 6 months and pay my bills on time, but I currently owe NetCup €0.09. However, because the amount owed is so low, the system won't let me pay by credit card. I live in Turkey, and PayPal is banned here, so I can't pay with PayPal either. I don't have a German bank account, so I can't pay by bank transfer. I opened a ticket through the system, but an automated message keeps coming back, so I wanted to post this on the forum to find out what I can do. I want to pay my debt, but the system won't accept my credit card, which is the only payment method I have available.

Ich nutze NetCup seit etwa 6 Monaten und bezahle meine Rechnungen pünktlich, aber derzeit habe ich eine Schuld von 0,09 Euro bei NetCup. Da der Betrag jedoch gering ist, lässt das System keine Zahlung per Kreditkarte zu. Ich lebe in der Türkei und kann auch nicht mit PayPal bezahlen, da PayPal hier verboten ist. Da ich kein deutsches Bankkonto habe, kann ich die Zahlung auch nicht per Banküberweisung vornehmen. Ich habe über das System ein Ticket eröffnet, aber es kommt eine automatische Nachricht, deshalb wollte ich das Thema im Forum eröffnen und erfahren, was ich tun kann. Ich möchte meine Schulden bezahlen, aber das System akzeptiert die Kreditkarte, die einzige Zahlungsmethode, die mir zur Verfügung steht, nicht.
