Error (Single Sign Key) While Placing Order

  • I am an existing customer recently joined NetCup during Black Week Sales (Web Hosting Plan)

Later, I tried to place another order on NetCup from the Black Friday till Today's Sale.

After adding a VPS to my cart, When I select "Already A Customer" > "Sign In."

After logging in with my credentials and entering the OTP, I encounter the following error message: "Single Sign Key Error."

This issue occurred multiple times on Black Friday more than 10 times. As a result, I had to place the order as a new customer. Unfortunately, your team ignored the order twice on Black Friday.

What should I do now? How can I buy the VPS today?

    Please provide a solution.

  • Hello Satish,

we're glad you decided to join netcup as a customer. ☺️

    Please try the following things:

Delete the website data and/or try a different web browser/device. Possibly also another network. Also, please make sure that you don't use a proxy or something that changes your IP address during the process.

If it still persists, please contact support and tell us that you have checked this and which browser and version you are using.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,

    Sarah & the netcup-Team

EDIT: I see you already found a solution - happy to hear that.

  • Thanks for taking time to reply. I got into another trouble.

I managed to place order but i received 2 servers instead of 1.

Following is the order confirmation mail.

I don't know how that Black Week Offer Server (BW24) came here in order. I am 100% sure that i added only 1 server.

Can i cancel that extra server immediately without paying anything or I should pay full month?

  • I have tired it, not working still its always asking to the signin.

ok - login to the customer control panel - on that screen bottom left go to the netcup shop in new tab > find the deal and try to buy - it should auto find your adress when processing instead of asking for login

works for me using token email login on webkit browser

The universe tends toward maximum irony. Don't push it.

  • I thought I was going nuts, but I am not the only one.

Long story short: I am a registered user, but I ordered a server as a new customer because when I tried to log in, it redirected to the CCP panel. I thought this was normal behavior, so I just went back to the order page and saved my address again, but Netcup canceled my order (where I also used my voucher code, by the way) because I ordered it as a new customer and I should have done it as a logged-in user instead.

So now my voucher code is useless, I can’t redeem it again and I can’t even order a server because of this issue. I’ve tried different browsers, but the outcome is the same.

Could anyone shed some light on this?
