I am interested and have been approved to gain access to a vps 2000 server. My question, I vaguely recall seeing something about accepting payment on servers but dont recall. Are we allowed to setup a checkout system and accept credit card payments? This will be done through woocommerce.

Of course, as long as you comply with existing state laws!

It should be not an problem. The state laws and the regulations of the creditcard companies are a bigger Hurdle to overcome
