Are there any hidden options when placing an order？

I ordered a VPS last year, but yesterday, 1 hour after it expired, my VPS suddenly disappeared from my account, and I didn't receive any reminders or invoices before that. Are there any hidded options when placing an order like maximum usage time? I remember that last year I forgot to cancel another VPS, it became impossible when I wanted to cancel, so that I'm continously paying for it now, so why is my VPS canceled without any reminders?

Now my website is offline for more than 24 hours and 10k+ users are waing for its recovery. If I can't take my data back, NETCUP is no longer trustworthy.

A server does not disappear just like that. Are you sure that it was not canceled and disappeared after the contract expired?

When a contract is terminated, a confirmation is sent by e-mail and the end date can also be seen from this. The date can also be viewed in the customer center.

That wasn't there when I first replied.

That no mirror server was available is bad, that no backup exists a catastrophe !!!

That's where the “fun” really ends. I have no sympathy.

And that's not netcup's problem! That's your own.

As far as I know, in similar complaints in the past it was always the customer's fault. If I were you, I would therefore refrain from making such reputationally damaging statements against netcup until the facts of the case have been clarified, as you may be liable to prosecution if you make such statements.

If this one hour of current data is so important, you should work with a mirrored server so that you only lose a few seconds in the event of a failure.
