I found that I have not enough disk space and, according to ThomasChr, I have to move to a new plan to have more disk space. The stupidest part is, I paid 17.92 EUR as a renewal for the current plan (VPS 200 G10s iv) just an hour ago. If I order a new plan now, and cancel the current plan once the migration finish, can I get a refund?

I'm not 100% sure, so someone else might have to chime in, but since it's a VPS and they are billed by the hour you should be able to just cancel it and they will refund the time left
You should also be able to just upgrade within the CCP itself, no? I've never done it myself but as far as I know you just have to adjust your disk space afterwards.

Seems I don't really need to change my plan as storagespaces are fast enough!

Try a bigger file or alot of small files.

Upgrading to a bigger VPS is mostly more cost effective (as you not only get more space, but also more CPU cores and RAM) and the storage speed should be faster locally.

I got a refund when I upgraded to a bigger service a couple weeks ago. They refunded the remaining time that was prepaid. This depends on your minimum contract period - for me, the service VPS 200 G8 that I cancelled was billed hourly and could be cancelled any time, but since it was billed at a 6-month cycle I was refunded the unused hours.
I assume that if you have a 1-month MCP and a 6-month billing cycle you would be refunded the remaining 5 month... but best to check that with support if you want to make sure.
