Ordered a server but its not created

Ordered a server... After 4-6 hours of "activating", the server is now completely gone from the SCP but is still shown in the client portal.

My first time testing netcup, not a good sign.

Created a helpdesk ticket, no response yet.

What can i do?

Your server should appear within your SCP shortly, we are already working on it. A small number of servers this morning was not created successfully, our team noticed it and is fixing them right now.
