Look into Veeam Agents for Linux, its free and works wonderfully well.

Yes, its assigned, the rescue system assigned it in the config and it works... But from outside the MTR trace stops at:

From another VM in the same datacenter i can ping the server, just not from outside...

Looks like routing is not completely setup yet... Since i can ping from another VM within Amsterdam DC to the assigned ip address, so the server is setup correctly.

On almalinux 8 its just assigned as a seconde ip address...

Does it take time when ordering a second IPV4 address before its active?

We configured it on the VM but does not work nor on debian, nor on almalinux installed via the rescue system.

Maybe netcup.de needs to do this by hand or?

It is a confirmed bug, support just emailed me.

They will release a fix the coming days.

I will order a new server and test when the fix is rolled out.

Even after multiple days, no answer from support and a restore with veeam (on this brand new server) still caps at 200Mbit.

End of story for this server.... This is sadly not suitable for production.

I wonder if a root server vs VPS3000 would be better?

Searched the forums, could not find it.

Brand New VPS3000 768GB disk with 0GB traffic.

Freshly started, doing a restore from an external source, after 250GB we are cut down to low network speed with the message: Traffic quota has been reached, therefore the server is limited in its bandwidth.

I thought the daily quota was 2TB not 0,25TB...

If this is the case netcup is unusable when disaster strikes, you cannot restore full speed and we are now waiting an extremely long time for the last 100GB to come in.

Anyone experience with this?

Ordered a server... After 4-6 hours of "activating", the server is now completely gone from the SCP but is still shown in the client portal.

My first time testing netcup, not a good sign.

Created a helpdesk ticket, no response yet.

What can i do?
