Letsencrypt DNS Challenge: More than 180 requests per minute.

Hi all

I'm installing nginx; and I'm trying to get a wildcard certificate for my domain. When doing so I get an error:

I've tried on different times of the day; middle of the night, weekends and so on; so I don't think the issue is really that I personally make more than 180 requests per minute, nor that 'the network' is generating so many requests.
I rather believe I don't see the real error: maybe I'm making some kind of syntax error; maybe netcup blocks wildcard certs or another reason I can't see?

I've been searching over internet and over the forum and I wasn't able to find this.
I created a new key and it works (weird because I copied the previous key from an existing config file)
