You can find the billing periods directly on the product card on the website.
Currently, this should only be available for the new G12 root server.

I personally work in 1st-level support at netcup.
Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the billing periods.
In exceptional cases, a different billing period can be achieved through an upgrade or a side upgrade, but this is the only exception.

Ich habe bereits eine Anfrage bei meinem Vorgesetzen eingereicht, dass ich im Forum auch "offiziell" vertreten bin.

Wichtig ist halt, dass das "offiziell" auch entsprechend gekennzeichnet ist...
Vielleicht ist für eine entsprechende Anfrage aber ein Moderatoren hilfreich.
