Few questions about web shared hosting

Hello,

I've seen the Webhosting Interface screenshots in the HelpCenter and it seem german language, is there an option

to have the panels in english there ?

Also, do we have distinct URL and credentials for logins to CCP and WCP ? So that owner can have acces to both,

and we can provide only WCP acces to a tech / developpr ?

Yes, you can choose between German and English.

Yes, CCP and WCP are two different Panels with different credentials.

However, a few settings can only be changed in the CCP, like the document root for example.

You can choose German and English separately for the Customer Control Panel (CCP) and the Plesk User Interface (WCP).

The user account for the WCP is separate from the CCP user account. Access to the CCP also gives access to the WCP via "auto-login" from the products page.

Ok thanks for confirming this.

I am currently prospecting to find an alternative web hosting to migrate our website.

Although it's not in a rush either atm as the domain is locked for a period of 60 days (recent owner change)

In Netcup offers, i assume the included domain can be our domain we will transfer (it's a .com) ?

And if so, about domain , i assume we can delay the domain transfer trigger date, and are not forced to

Yes, but we'll have to migrate the website and database first and check everything looks Ok technically

before migrating the domain :p

Also, We are an e-sports league of enthusiasts managed by several people, not a company, and the reason we want

to move from our current host, is the fact they only accept Sepa/bank transfers and we want more flexibility with

paypal, so we can share the costs more easily (some of our staff are not willing to use directly their bank account ref).

It doesn't pose any issue to Netcup if for example 3 people pay for 1 year (renewal) alternatively with paypal, even

if i'm officially the main account owner ?

You can choose a .com-Domain in the "regular" offers for Webhosting 2000, 4000 and 8000.

You can order the Webhosting without a domain and register/transfer the included domains later. In the meantime, you should be able to use your .com-Domain as an external Domain or use the included "System-Domain" for migrating/testing the website.

I'm pretty sure it will not be a problem if someone else pays the bill, via Paypal, SEPA or whatever, as long as he/she specifies the invoice number as the reason for payment. It will probably not be possible to pay a single invoice partially by several staff members, though.
