IPv6 Einrichten (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS)

Hallo,

ich bekomme IPv6 auf meinem Server nicht zum laufen. Habe das Image Ubuntu 16.04 LTS installiert.

Was könnte an der Konfiguration falsch sein, IPv4, DNS usw. laufen ohne Probleme.

Habe ich gerade gestern eingerichtet

Was mir aufgefallen ist:

dns-nameservers habe ich im IPv4 Teil stehen.

Und ich habe bei IPv6 kein Gateway drin.

Der häufigste Fehler ist, dass die Instanz nach der Netzwerkänderung nicht komplett heruntergefahren wird (power off über das control panel). Warum das nötig ist, weiß ich nicht, aber ohne gehts nicht

Ich habe auch vor kurzem IPv6 unter Ubuntu 16.04 eingerichtet und im Wiki nachgeschaut.

Ich glaube bei mir liefs auch erst im zweiten Anlauf, nachdem ich die Datei "/etc/sysctl.d/50-IPv6.conf" wie im Wiki beschrieben angelegt hatte. Neustart war auch nötig, aber es hatte auch ein "sudo reboot" gereicht, über das CCP war nicht nötig.

Ansonsten sehe ich bei deiner Config keinen unterschied. Ich habe nur andere DNS Server eingetragen:

dns-nameservers 46.38.225.230 46.38.252.230

Diese sind im Wiki angegeben und waren glaube ich auch vor der Umstellung per DHCP zugewiesen.

Danke für die Infos,

ich habe die "/etc/sysctl.d/50-IPv6.conf bereits angelegt gehabt. Die DNS Server (dns-nameservers 46.38.225.230 46.38.252.230) habe ich jetzt im IPv4 Teil.

Wenn ich den IPv6 Gateway weglasse kommt bei ping6 nur Network Unreachable und mit gateway: (From XXX icmp_seq=1 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable).

Zudem mache ich auch nach jeder Änderung einen Poweroff.

Könnte es an der Firewall liegen oder gibt es sonst noch etwas, das ich versuchen könnte?

Wende dich am besten mit Hinweis darauf, dass du das Gateway nicht pingen kannst, an den Support. Dort kann man dir weiterhelfen.

Wenn ich es richtig sehe, ist es bei dir ja auch so und das Gateway lässt sich nicht anpingen. In dem Fall kann dir der Support helfen.
