Previously, on the Administration menu of the VPS in the CCPanel, I saw the option to change the VPS size. However, it is now unavailable. How can I enable this option or increase the size of my VPS?

Thank you for your message, I have just checked it and it is not possible to upgrade a VPS product.
I was aware that this was not possible only for the G11s products because they are technologically different from the other products, which make an upgrade impossible. I don't know why it now affects all VPS products.

It should be possible to upgrade VPS, I've done that several times in the past. https://helpcenter.netcup.com/en/wiki/general/instance-upgrade
I know that you can only upgrade in the same generation (G11s can only upgrade to other G11s products) and discount servers can't be upgraded at all.
You may want to contact Netcup support to ask the reason why it's not possible in this case.

Previously, I saw an option to upgrade the current server, but it is now unavailable. You can see on screenshot there is not any upgrade options listed on administration section...
