Still waiting for my second server to be deployed

    This is just what I had posted earlier that did not get approved for some weird reason. This is frustrating though to hear nothing from anyone.

    About a day ago (now two days), I paid for 2 VPS machines, one in Manassas, VA, USA, and one in Nuremberg, Germany. The one in Manassas was deployed and is up and running, but the one in Nuremberg has not been deployed. I already opened a ticket, was told that I had to wait cause it was over the weekend, but we are now entering day 2 (now 3) and heard nothing from them. What else can I do now? I am getting my backside handed to me for this becoming a messy situation.

    Sadly the other netcup customers here cannot help your with your request and you need the official netcup support which is at best sometimes reading in the forums.
    Please open a support ticket or directly call the emergency support line in urgent cases and maybe mention this here for escalation as a last measure.

    There are some improvements that we heard from netcup management as well, that they try to improve the situation with the support backlog and introduce a real ticket system but at the moment it is a frustrating situation also for new customers like yourself.
