It has been four days since the server order was placed, but it still hasn't been activated. Now I see another pending invoice in my portal. Is this normal? Do I need to pay again?
The server activation failed.

How long did you have to wait? Are you still waiting ?

Hello cloakedninjas
We have briefly looked into your enquiry – it appears that the advance payment has not yet been made. This is why your server is not yet available. However, you can pay the outstanding balance directly through the Customer Control Panel (CCP).We hope this is helpful to you!
Kind regards
