Inquiry about separate invoicing / billing cycle

Hello,

I have multiple services under my account with different start dates. Is it possible to get separate invoices for each product, or must they always be combined into a single collective invoice? Thank you for your clarification.

It has been four days since the server order was placed, but it still hasn't been activated. Now I see another pending invoice in my portal. Is this normal? Do I need to pay again?
