Can not receive any answer to my support tickets.

Bought an RS server, VPS server openned instead. Then try to bough RS server again, Now i have 2 unpaind weird invoices, unused VPS server activated on my product list which i did pay, and no trace of 2nd RS server i bought.

Openned 3 or 4 ticket so far. Still receive no answer from anyone.

you only need to open one ticket for this. Did you open the other 3 tickets on the following 3 days or with longer intervalls?

1. I have already owned one RS server. (paid)
2. I tried to buy another one, got VPS instead. -> Visible on my products list (so i did not pay it invoice is on wait, but VPS is instantanized and running?)
3. Then Raise a ticket for it. Then try to buy 2nd RS server again.
4. This time this RS server is not shown in my products, yet it has invoice. (Raised another ticket about issue)
5. Now i have two yearly invoice: One for VPS one for 2nd RS which is not visible in my products.
6. Since i did not receive any response back for 3 work days, I raise another Ticket today.

Das halte ich fast für technisch unmöglich.

Ich würde da als Allererstes mal die VPS widerrufen, damit sie kein Geld kosten.

Current cancel button says it'll cancel it one year later from now since it is provisioned by 12 months.
