I ordered for the first time a week ago and verification happened because I paid from a german bank account using IBAN - if you want to use a credit card you might have to send photos of your passport or receive a letter at your postal address - the form should tell you which options you have - are you orderering from within SEPA or from Mexico? Stripe should accept INE/IFE, Passport or Drivers License for verification.
You will have to wait for the first order to go through before attempting another order or repeating it is what the message says.
