When I buy my RS server there are no information aboutr Flat rate ( English site )
Now I can read 3T date transfert per 24H.
For the first customers in the Netherlands, do you turn off the red light ? 
If the red line is on, is it 3T out + in or only out?

If you are below 3 TB again within an average of 24 hours, the full bandwidth will be activated again
Traffic is in + out
