I made a mystake ordering a 4 GB RAM server , i asked support to be refunded but didn't get a reply. What do you think ? Will i get a refund?

As far as I know, there is a money-back guarantee (at least if you have a private, i.e., non business, account).

As this is a community forum our opinion on netcup's refund policy is irrelevant. I'd highly recommend to challenge their support team, while considering that today's a public holiday in many parts of Germany and Austria.
