Nuremberg means the server is on german soil - there are differences as to which free domain tlds are included I think

Nuremberg int (=international) = price includes 1 out of .at, .com, .li, .ch, or .eu
but of course you can add more additional domains.

Yes. In their case (Webhosting 2000) only one of their .com domains.
