Plötzlich Fehler 403 auf docroot?

Hallo,
gestern lief es noch ohne Probleme, heute bekomme ich Fehler 403 auf meiner IP.

Die default von apache:
Dazu sind andere vHosts konfiguriert die auch alle noch laufen.
Habe nichts geändert darum bin ich etwas verwundert.
Hat jemand eine Idee?
PS: Dateirechte sind gesetzt, ordner ist leesbar usw.

ist als einziges relevant. Habe die Dateiberechtigung auf www-data gesetzt aber leider ohne Erfolg.

Komisch komisch, mit

<VirtualHost *:80> gehts nicht.
aber mit
<VirtualHost IP.IP.Ip.ip.:80>
gehts
