RS 12000 G12 IPv4 12M – How long does activation usually take?

Hi everyone,

I ordered an RS 12000 G12 IPv4 12M (12-month term) and paid the invoice on Friday (7 Aug) (€1,030.56). The payment has already gone through, but my server has not been provisioned yet.

I'm wondering if this is normal. How long does it usually take for Netcup to activate this type of server after payment?

Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? I'd appreciate it if you could share how long you had to wait before your server became active.

I think it should arrive today - first order with netcup? - did you get a nudge to do an ID check? (I never had to, payment was enough it seems)

this is my second order. The first order is very quick.
