I don't know. This is the second time I've purchased a server from Netcup.

The first time, I bought a test root server to see how it worked, and it was provisioned very quickly—I received the server the same day.

Since I was happy with the quality, I decided to order the server I actually needed and paid the invoice. However, even though I made the payment on Friday, I still haven't received the server yet.

I ordered an RS 12000 G12 IPv4 12M (12-month term) and paid the invoice on Friday (7 Aug) (€1,030.56). The payment has already gone through, but my server has not been provisioned yet.

I'm wondering if this is normal. How long does it usually take for Netcup to activate this type of server after payment?

Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? I'd appreciate it if you could share how long you had to wait before your server became active.
