Team,
I'm trying to active a second eth-port (i.e. free Cloud VLAN). Meaning having eth0 and eth1.
Where eth0 is connected to the internet. And eth1 is for internal communication between the VPS-es.
One of the VPS-es is running a fixed IP with dnsmasq. With the idea of doing a mac-based dhcp service for all other VPS-es.
This assumes that all VPS-es have eth1 attached to the same (virtual?) switch.
However, it looks like this is not working - tcpdump shows that dhcp requests are sent.
But the tcpdump on the dnsmasq site shows that requests are not arriving - hence no ip for these VPS-es. ![]()
Any suggestion on what I'm overlooking? ![]()
