Summer Sale Issue

  • Hello,

I placed an order for a RS 8000 G9.5 Pro server last night. Someone at Netcup cancelled my order without asking me.

The deal is now sold out.

I feel pretty much scammed out that someone at Netcup can just decide to cancel an order and just never email me. If I knew they cancelled the order, I would have just placed it again.

Support has been pretty much unhelpful and just keeps sending me responses telling me to re-buy the server, even after I've had to explain multiple times that the sale HAS BEEN SOLD OUT.

The support tickets are NCSUP-687018 and NCSUP-687102.

I still don't understand how a Netcup employee can just decide to cancel an order, without asking me per email. Personally, I don't think an employee should just be able to cancel an order like that. I also can't understand why an order being cancelled doesn't trigger an email alert to me.

Your processes at Netcup needs to be updated, something like this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I'm a new customer, or rather I'm trying to be, but this is what my first experience with Netcup has been like.

    Hello asjas

thank you for reaching out and for the feedback!
We apologize for the inconvenience caused in this case and have referred this matter internally.

Unfortunately, in your case, two orders placed in quick succession resulted in an overlap.

This led to one of the orders not being set up.

Our support team will contact you about this with additional information.
If you have any further questions, please get back to our support team.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Sarah & the netcup team
