Check your emails to see if you have received the login data for the SCP. CCP is your customer login. SCP is for the server administration. Did you pay with PayPal?

So, if you pay with Paypal, you will normally receive the access data immediately. I don't know how it is with credit card payments. Support is currently overloaded due to the large number of orders for the Christmas offers, but they have significantly reduced this over Christmas, so everything will probably be back to normal soon.
