Changing billing details after purchase and strange checkout

I want to rent dozens of servers.

I am currently in the process of obtaining VAT ID in order to be able to create a business profile.

I would like to get some servers before the process completes, so I would rent in my name. Is it possible to later adjust my billing information from personal into business(including payment card details)?

My second question is - I went into checkout but all root servers are sold out. Only available server was when i chose Amsterdam location, which increased the monthly cost by 4-8 euros, depending on the machine. Which is a lot of overcharge, in total. Unspecified EU location showed as sold out, which makes no sense. This looks really bad from the get-go, If I'm about to invest good money with the company for a 1y contract. Does anybody know what is going on?

merqio: There have been a number of discussions in this user forum regarding the applicable terms&services as well as the handling regarding "profile changes" in the past (mostly in German, though). However, I would strongly recommend not relying on answers you (seem to) find here, but asking Netcup directly while providing additional details regarding the country you're in and the type of business you want to set up – because only Netcup are in a position to reliably tell you which legal documentation they're able to accept nowadays (as some discussions on this forum predate their latest changes w.r.t. terms&services and might not even be current anymore) in order to make this happen (or not) and you want to have this in writing. Also, you'll find that a number of user-friendly contract terms only apply to consumers, not businesses.
