can not start docker on Windows 10 home, installed on netcup vps.

I have installed Docker on Windows 10 home, which I use on netcup vps.

I use VPS 1000 G11 package, from netcup vps.

Can you tell me please, if the next errors could be fixed by netcup stuff, or everything is about my end-side configuration?
