How to move a domain

    (sorry for the english, my written german is rather bad)

    I am trying to move my domain to a different provider, However whenever I provide my auth code for them to move it, it is wrong. How do I cancel my domain here and move it to another provider?

    When you cancel your domain, you should be provided with an Authcode for that domain.

    This code is unique for each domain.

    On some domains, you can block a transfer with a flag. (registrar lock)

    You should ask the support if that flag is present.

    When the CCP doesn't provide you with any Authcodes, you should ask the support here too.
