Hello, I'm trying to install windows 2012 or 2016 since 6 hours ago 
and I'm still getting the same problem. I followed the wiki although my german is very bad and I installed the windows but after install I only get a cmd (command prompt) no desktop and nothing. I can open task manager but I can only use the windows using cmd. How do I solve this? please help

I would say it's easier for you to reinstall Windows!
At the point when you are asked for the version to be installed choose the one with GUI, not Core! (See here)
During installation you have to choose drivers for your Hard Drive to show up. At this point you should also load the drivers for Memory-Ballooning and the NetKVM-drivers for your network interface. All this drivers can be found on the VirtIO driver volume (I assume you already used it for the HDD driver during recent setup, otherwise you wouldn't have a running system

And no, I can't give you any advice as long as you don't supply a more specific analysis of the problem. But are you sure a windows server is right for you? After all, powershell is the basic tool to administrate a windows server.
