Hallo, ich bin relativ neuer Hosting-Kunde und möchte eigentlich nur erfahren, wie das mit dem S-FTP hier funktioniert.
Wenn ich im confixx einen FTP-Nutzer einrichte, dann schaffe ich es, egal welcher Client (FileZilla, WinSCP), nur eine unverschlüsselte Verbindung aufzubauen.
Beim vorherigen Hoster, der leider das Geschäft aufgegeben hat, lief es 1a mit FileZilla (FTPES).
Hat hier jemand zuverlässige Informationen, welchen Client ich nutzen muss, und wie ich diesen einstelle, damit ich die Übertragungen künftig auch per SSL durchführen kann?
Kann natürlich sein, dass ich mich da ein Bisserl doof anstelle, aber es ist ja allgemein bekannt: Dumme Frage gibt es nicht, (nur dumme Antworten )
Über sachdienliche Hinweise wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Mit WinSCP 4.3.4 gibt es folgende Meldung:CodeCould not retrieve directory listing SSL connection failed; session reuse required: see require_ssl_reuse option in vsftpd.conf man page
Meine Ansicht ist, dass es also irgendwo am SS liegen könnte. Wo genau, und ob und wie ich das als Kunde beeinflussen kann, ist mir nicht bekannt.
Möglicherweise helfen diese Logs da ja, etwas Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen.
Mit WinSCP geht es übrigens leider auch nicht. Da bekomme ich nur die Meldung, dass sich der host für über 15 Sekunden (auf Port 21 übrigens) nicht gemeldet hat. Das heißt, die Verbindung kommt nicht mal bis zur Authentifizierung.
Was mache ich falsch?

Bitte mal mit der Kundennummer und dem Webpaket (falls mehrere vorhanden) an den Support wenden evtl. hängt was an der Konfiguration für FTPES auf dem Server.

Könnte der User sim dies bitte auf dem nclabs Server noch einmal testen? Wir haben es dort einmal geprüft und verbessert.

Im FileZilla ist als Verbindungstyp FTPES und als Logontype Normal ausgewählt.

Heute habe ich es auch hin bekommen, dass ich die verschlüsselte Verbindunga) mit FileZilla aufbauen kann.
Einstellungen:
Protokoll: FTP
Verschlüsselung: Explizites FTP über TLS erfordern.
FileZilla Version:3.5.3b) mit WinSCP (V. 4.3.4):

Ich kann jetzt noch nicht genau nachvollziehen, woran das lag, denn ich hatte wirklich alle mir verfügbaren Einstellungsoptionen durchprobiert und bin immer gescheitert.
