Hello! I need help to active my account

    Hello everyone!

    I'm new to this forum and I don't know what to do. It's showing "You have to activate your Account via our netcup CCP before you can access all parts of our Community." Can someone help me with that?

    here is a guide how to link your forum account with your customer account:
    To be activated as a customer in the forum, it is necessary to log in to the CCP and complete the linking in the overview.


    You will be asked to enter the forum username and the forum password. After clicking on the button "Link forum account with customer account" you will be asked to log in with the entered user data. If the login works, you can now use the forum as a customer without any restrictions.
