Considering it took 2 days to provision it after i had sent cancellation emails i had no FRIGGIN server to click into to CLICK THE CANCEL BUTTON, Jackass..
so right back at you with your statement, stick your 1,892 hand thrashing posts in your anus, sat their pulling your pud when there are tons of people not just me who need to cancel and get a refund from this shite service.

Same for me, ordered sunday finally got the vps provisioned today albeit I've cancelled already and still no reply not even any answer from phone calls.

So after 2 days of waiting and already tried to cancel and get a refund i then get my email today to say the VPS was provisioned.
This is awful, I have tried to phone 4 times over 2 days, each time on hold for longer than 30 minutes and no answer, I've sent over 10 emails both direct emails and from the chat contact form to "Cancel and give me a full refund" this is also clearly stated about money back guarantee on the website.
I would like some form of response here, my money back so I can go about my business, as after purchasing from another provider it was setup within 15 minutes and work commence.
Please refund me and respond to my emails.

netcup More than 24 hours later and nothing, still no server ready for me.... but was very quick to take payment..... still waiting.

I also purchased a VPS today after much research on providers... been waiting most of the day, disappointing to be honest as there was so much I was hoping to get done on the server. This hasnt been the best customer experience for a new NetCup user, I hope it is complete soon else I'll have to go for that 30 day MBG and go with another provider
