Hi everyone,

I paid for a server order almost 48 hours ago, but the server has still not been activated. I urgently need to start using it, and I have not received an official order confirmation or server activation email from netcup.

Has anyone else recently experienced a similar delay after payment? How long did it take for your server to be activated, and was there anything you needed to do to get the order processed?

I have already contacted support, but the server is still unavailable. If a netcup staff member is reading this, could you please look into the delay and help get my order processed and the server activated as soon as possible? I would appreciate a clear explanation of the delay and an estimated activation time.

I can provide the order details privately to netcup support if needed.
