JasonSnow same here. On the basis of my G11 performance and also the customer support was good that time, I got few I know to change to Netcup. But I am regretting that now, since they are regretting. One stated this to me: I was better off with C ontabo. 😭

It is not possible to switch from an existing product to a promotional product. The reason for this is that we provide promotional products on special nodes whose capacity must be strictly calculated for the corresponding price-performance ratio.
Promotional products must therefore always be submitted as new orders.

Yes, but that means the same thing, what we are keeping on saying. The new G12 are not at all worth it. Wish NC paid attention to such complaints, rather than just focus on sales, and useless stuff.
From either your SCP or CCP. Best is SCP, as it gives you your real IP address, gateway & the mac address too.

gateway fe80::1@sudoNoSleep my older gen has similar benchmarks, while any newer ones, the benchmarks are lowest or pathetic. You can see not just here, but everywhere on the www. Not even sure what stuff NC is giving us, but they are nowhere near to the old Gen ones we have.

Where exactly are you setting this up? Webhosting/VPS/RootServer? Baikal's official github repo is: https://github.com/sabre-io/Baikal
It has official setup guide, and is latest. It is simple as unzipping the baikal setup files. Also, wait 30 minutes before trying SSL certs, after domain DNS is setup.
VPS pico are available for 1,60€ (or 1€ with ipv6 only) and they introduced "Lite" Servers https://www.netcup.com/de/server/guenstige-vserver-angebote
These are already available in German language pages. They have increased prices for G11 ones as well, by 0.50. 🙄
They have increased the price for all products, and isolated IPV4 at 0.50 extra. 
That's just not true, it's stated on every invoice.

This has not been stated anywhere, and never in my previous queried emails. All I got was someone avoiding to respond, and you can very well understand what happens when one has to pay double and more as fees to paypal.
Unfortunately, using the CCP form, you won't receive a ticket ID along with a copy of your message right away (that's why I keep screenshots/textual copies of everything), which also means that you cannot immediately verify that non-/automated answers will reach you using the provided e-mail address.
I'd suggest you retry and mention that you already contacted them and received no feedback (if possible, attach a copy of your previous message; this should make it easier for them to look it up internally) – and this time, contact "support" instead of "accounting" (it will get relayed manually internally; sometimes, you will get a notification about this). Alternatively, you could also try to call them.
I did not attach that here as I thought, if they will ask for it, I will then. I too keep everything in writing, so that it is there when I need it.

Since this is a customer forum, I'm afraid you won't receive reliable/authoritative information here. Your best bet is to log in to the CCP and contact their accounting department directly.
That was my first sentence in OP. I raised in September, October last year. I have no clue where it went off to, and they have not bothered responding at all.
Is this the same with others?
I have raised this issue since 3+ months now, but you have neither given a proper answer, nor have you made the card option available again. There is no "pay by card option" available anymore in the CCP. I cannot do it via paypal for various privacy related concerns and they charge exorbitant fx fees & charges & further nonsense in my country. To top it, the bank charges.
I raised it back in September or October with you, but your end never came back on it. I chased several times, and you never answered. I cannot afford to pay literally 20-30% extra to paypal every single time.
This is irrespective of the card being added to the system in master data, and the auto pay option turned on. What is going on? I cannot pay via paypal, and then your end will send threatening emails even I am not at fault here.
I did not open a ticket yet. Tickets get responded very late, while I see them active in forum.

For the past 5 days, all I can see is blank page for every server I own. Any time set, any tab. The statistics is blank.
The status page has no details at all. This is irrespective of the browser, with or without any add-ons/extensions/blockers.

I booted into rescue mode and run YABS, but the result is the same, even slightly worse. Still no response until now from netcup for my ticket, even though they said the request is being processed...
I'm really considering a refund now. As there is nothing on my server yet, do you think if you refund this one and buy another one, I can still issue refund if the performance of that one is also subpar?
I agree. The newest G12 are giving lower than G11. I had checked myself, and it makes no sense. I am also thinking of giving up the G12 I got. My G11 is better.
For the refund, yes you can even if it is second one. Use the "satisfaction guarantee" in Products > your item > cancellation tab. Though I am not sure how they refund to your original mode of payment. That probably you have to raise via ticket.
However, I must admit. 9634 is far better. 9645 is not giving any better result. Even with minimal default installation.

What is going on.
The wait has been for 3 days now for me at least. They are okay to sell, but slower than snail for support. Recently it has increased. Sales is like super fast, support is super slow. Even normal tickets take weeks. Tutorials are pending for a year and more. 🤔
