I've been trying to get a simple issue resolved, but Netcup's ticket response speed feels like it's practicing for a world championship in slow motion.
Because of an internal billing bug on their system, I can't transfer my server at all. I've already opened a ticket, but the processing time is… let's just say even a glacier would feel embarrassed.
Has anyone else run into this billing bug? Or am I just the lucky chosen one?
