Yes, and he also complained stupidly about stealing. Luckily, here at NC I had a maximum of 0.7% steal when building OpenWRT images or Nextcloud image recognition. So the miners don't seem to have a major impact on the CPU yet?
IMO it's not fair to rest of us who are happily trusting NC with our customers. This is putting our business in risk. If my clients can't take money through their website they will be going to elsewhere. I am not complaining about NC services they are amazing but they have allowed other people to miss use services and it's a shame to see there are no controls in place to stop this.
the questions is if i move my clients to a different host while this issue is getting resolved i am paying for that service and is NC going to honor this and credit that amount to our accounts.
I would love to hear from the support what else can be done to make this situation better.
