Problem with SMTP settings

Hello all,
I created a form contact and have tested it in local, and all work fine , I changed the php.ini setting by editing this :

<mail function>;For Win32 only.;http://php.net/smtSMTP = hostname > to smtp ISP ;http://php.net/smtp-portsmtp_port = 25 > to my ISP port

But in my Vserver its different , this codes run only on windows, then i installed ESMTP , but dont know whats SMTP i must put , i tried ( smtp.Vservername.net ) , but still buggy .
This is the code in the /etc/esmtprc :
