VPS 8000 G12 not delivered

    I have completed the payment for my VPS 8000 G12 server, but the server has still not been provisioned and is not yet ready for use.

    I have already opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet.

    Could you please check the status of my order and let me know when the server will be ready?

    I would appreciate it if this could be resolved as soon as possible, as I need the server urgently.

    If you made your purchase outside of German business hours, please wait until German business hours.

    They only respond to tickets during business hours.

    Sometimes, it undergoes a manual process for server release.
