Server login details - 5 days after payment, no support and no information on the server

Hi, I've ordered a new server 5 days ago, and after I received the invoice I immediately paid the ticket, now it's been 5 days since I didn't get the server information. I've called a couple of times, today was on hold for 40 mins and no answer, and also spoke to the invoicing team that also opened a ticket on their side. Sent about 4 tickets and still no reply, friday I spoke to someone over the phone that also said they opened a ticket. What should I do in order to get the server up and running? I'm already late on deadlines while waiting for activation. The other servers I got from netcup got activated in 1-2 hours after payment, but this one seems to do nothing.
