Help: Refund Issue

Hello everyone, I bought VPS Lite 1 G12s last weekend, but I don't want it anymore. I also sent a ticket requesting a refund, but I haven't received a refund yet. I would like to ask how long it usually takes to process it. Does anyone know?

In the first 14 days, you can revoke it by yourself as mentioned in the Cancellation policy in the Customer Control Panel (see here). You still need to pay the time you have used the server.
