Slow access to my root servers

Lately, I have been noticing a slowdown when accessing my servers. I have three RootServers, and all of them are somewhat slow to access, similar to network issues. Some of my clients who use my services have also reported difficulties and significant instability. I have already opened a support ticket, but so far, I have not received a response. Everyone is in Manassas.
