Hi, my server has no internet connection, pings say's destination unreachable and no packages are installed
There is no connection even in rescue mode

I did this yesterday and my problem is still not solved.

If you contacted support via mail, you did not recieve a response yesterday because it was Sunday here in Germany which is not a business day. You may need to wait some business days until you recieve a written response.
As said, if you need access fast, you may want to contact support via phone.
If you believe that it's not your fault, contact Emergency Support via phone.

I've encountered a similar situation to yours, where external tools cannot SSH into the server and the server is unreachable via ping.
