netcup only offers Plesk as management panel for the for their managed private servers / Managed Servers.
If you are considering looking at going from managed to self-managed root or virtual server instances, there is a tutorial by the netcup community on how to setup cPanel on a server. Having your favourite management frontend cPanel comes with the need to secure the server and all services on your own.
