OpenSSL - Fehler beim Start von Apache 2

Hallo.

Ich habe nach der Anleitung im Wiki ein OpenSSL Zertifikat erstellt und habe diese mit

Alles anzeigen

in ect/apache2/httpd.conf eingetragen.

Nach dem Neustart vom Apache2 erscheint folgender Fehler:

Was mache ich wohl falsch?
