Hallo miteinander,

ich habe mein W3 Total Cache Plugin in Wordpress deaktiviert, da ich mein Avada Theme updaten wollte. Leider führte das deaktivieren des Plugins dazu, dass ich meine Homepage nunmehr nicht mehr erreichen kann. Es wird ein HTTP ERROR 500 ausgegeben.

Aus dem Error_log konnte ich die nachfolgenden Fehlermeldungen entnehmen. Was kann ich nunmehr tun? Ich bin über jede Hilfe dankbar.

Danke für den Hinweis, ich habe den Support nun angeschrieben.

Ein anderes Plugin möchte ich ungern verwenden, da meine Kunden mir mit Ihrer Mail-Anfrage auch sogleich DOkumente zusenden sollen und dies funktioniert mit Contact Form 7 einwandfrei und zuverlässig (bis dato jedenfalls) - oder sollte man das von Ihnen benannte Plugin "parallel" verwenden?

Ich warte nun erstmal, was der Support mir zurückmeldet.

Der Hinweis von Killerbee hat tatsächlich gefruchtet - SMTP Einstellungen kann man dort leider nicht eintragen.

Wenn ich jedoch wie vorgeschlagen die Absenderadresse auf einen Fantasiewert (z.B. test@example.com) ändere dann funktioniert wieder alles.

Was muss ich nunmehr also tun? Verstehe ich richtig, dass dies also nunmehr an den SMTP-Einstellungen liegt? Wo kann ich diese denn konfigurieren?

ich nutze auf dieser Seite das Contact Form 7 Plugin in Wordpress, um damit Kontaktanfragen meiner Kunden an die entsprechenden Mailadressen weiterzuleiten. Nach dem kürzlichen Update auf Wordpress 4.6 ist das Formular nicht mehr richtig funktional. Ich erhalte immer die unten angefügte Fehlernachricht als Mail, wenn ein Kunde mit mir in Kontakt treten möchte.

Leider weiß ich nicht wo der Fehler liegt. Die Formulareinstellungen sind unverändert und hatten bis dato immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Trat dies ggf auch bei anderen auf? Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar, da ein funktionierendes Kontaktformular wirklich entscheidend ist. Der Mail sind weiterhin noch die Textdokumente details.txt und Undelivered Message Header.txt beigefügt, deren Inhalt ich unten auch angefügt habe.
